May is National Mental Health Awareness Month. This is an opportunity to promote mental health as a part of our overall wellness and to reduce the stigma associated with mental health concerns.
The official color for mental health awareness is green. “Wear it Green” Day is May 16, 2024. Let’s turn the campus green for good mental health!
